Unable to access Chat support

To troubleshoot this, please follow the below instructions:

1. Open the chat widget https://www.questionpro.com/chat/ in the incognito/private mode of the web browser.
2. Disable ad blockers and plugins installed on the browser that restrict your web browser from opening the chat widget.
3. Ensure that the JavaScript of the browser is active.
4. Ensure that pop-ups are allowed in your browser. If pop-ups are blocked, the chat widget icon may not appear.

1. Open Chrome on your computer.
2. Click on the 3 dots (available at the top right corner) > Settings.
3. Click Privacy and security.
4. Click Site settings.
5. Click JavaScript.
6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

2. Type "about:config" into the address bar of your Firefox browser window, and click enter.
3. Select "Accept the Risk and Continue" (if asked).
4. On the next window search "javascript.enabled".
5. Locate the option labeled "javascript.enabled" on the search result and select toggle to turn on JavaScript. The Value column should read as "true".
6. Restart Mozilla Firefox browser.
7. Click OK and restart your browser.

4. Scroll down to find the section titled "Scripting".
