Navigate to the following location:

• Research Suite → Surveys → New Survey → Survey Agent

• Turn your documents into surveys
  Already have questions drafted in a Word doc or spreadsheet? Upload it and Survey Agent will parse and import them directly into your survey — no copy-pasting needed.

  Step 1: Open the Survey Agent chat window.

  Step 2: Click the Attachment button and upload your Word document.

  Step 3: Add instructions — for example, "Import all questions from this file."

  Step 4: Click Send — Survey Agent will parse and organize the questions automatically.

• Adapt your survey structure in real time
  Describe what you want to learn, and Survey Agent structures a complete survey around it — selecting the right question types, ordering them logically, and applying best practices without any manual configuration.

  Step 1: Open your survey in Draft mode.

  Step 2: Click the Survey Agent button located in the bottom-left corner of the survey builder.

  Step 3: Describe exactly where and what you want to add — for example, "Add a multiple-choice question after Q3 asking about purchase frequency" or "Insert an NPS question at the end of Block 2."

  Step 4: Survey Agent adds the question at the specified position and updates the survey sequence automatically.

  Step 5: Repeat for any additional changes, then click Publish when you're ready.

  Define how you want respondents to flow through your survey, and Survey Agent translates that into conditional branching and skip logic — no rule-building required on your end.

  Step 1: Open the Survey Agent chat window.

  Step 2: Enter the question number and describe the logic.

  Step 3: Click Send to apply the logic.

  Step 4: Click the Logic icon on the question to verify the configuration.

  Not sure if your survey flows the way it should? Ask Survey Agent to summarize it — it identifies key topics, maps the question flow, and gives you a clear overview in seconds, so you're always ready to review or share.

  Step 1: Open any survey and launch Survey Agent.

  Step 2: Type "Summarize this survey" in the chat window.

  Step 3: Click Send — Survey Agent returns a structured overview instantly.

  Step 4: Use the summary to validate logic or share context with your team.
