Getting started

Similar to the Export functionality provided under the Manage Data section, QuestionPro provides the option to export the reports from the Dashboard section as well.

The reports that can be downloaded from the Dashboard section are as follows:

Raw Data
- Excel Raw Data (.xlsx)
- CSV Report (.csv)
Reports with Charts
- Microsoft Word
- Excel with Charts
- PowerPoint
- PDF
Statistical Package
- SPSS

Note: The PDF report will only download if the number of open-ended text responses are less than 500.

Can I download the Excel or SPSS report with Display Answer values from the Dashboard section?

No, by default the reports get downloaded with answer codes when you download from the Dashboard section.

Can I download the filtered data?

Yes, you can certainly download the filtered data. You can save the filter and pull that up from saved groupings and then try to download the filtered report.

If you have already saved the filter with a certain name then click on the drop-down option for the filter, and click on 'Use Existing'.
Select the data filter from the next drop-down.
