Creating a survey from a Word document
How to create a survey?
- To create a survey, log in to your account.
- On the Surveys page, click on the New Survey button.
- Enter a name for your survey and click on Create Survey.
How to add questions from Word or upload a Word document into a survey?
For your blank survey, expand the Add Question menu and select the Add from MS Word option.
The 'Add questions from the Word' option is only available for blank surveys.
On the pop-up, download the sample document. Format your Word document accordingly and select the file and import it.
The Word document should be in .doc (Microsoft Word 97 - 2003 Document) format. Currently the .docx extension is not supported. We will update this tool to support the .docx extension soon.
