Share Individual Surveys

QuestionPro provides the ability to share individual surveys with users in your organization or outside your organization.

You can collaborate on your surveys along with other users for any of your research projects. Using permissions, you can control access levels for shared users.

If you wish to share all surveys within a folder with other users in your organization, please use the folder sharing option. Click here to learn about folder sharing

Go to: Login » Surveys

On the surveys list page, click on the three dot menu for the survey you would like to share.

Select the Share Survey option.

On the pop-up, add email addresses for the users you want to share the survey with.

You can select either the Review or Edit permission.

You can choose to notify them via email and add a personalized message.

Click on Done to share the survey.

To share a survey with a team or many teams, follow the steps below:

• In the Share Survey pop-up, click on the Share with dropdown and select Share with team(s) option

• Select the teams with whom you want to share the survey

• Select the permission you want to give to the teams

• Hit the Done button.

• The survey will be shared with the team(s) with the selected permission. If the notify people toggle was enabled while sharing then everyone in the team will get an email notification otherwise, the survey will be shared without trigerring any email notification.
• Similarly, to share a survey with entire QuestionPro organization, select Everyone at {{Organization Name}} from the Share with dropdown menu

• Select the permission you want to give to everyone and hit the Done button

To change the sharing permission for a user, follow the steps below:

• Click on the three dots on the rightmost side of the survey name which you want to share to open up the Share Survey pop-up.

• In the pop-up, select the new permission for the users.

• Hit the Done button to save the changes.

To access the shared surveys user can log in to their QuestionPro account and navigate to the Shared with me folder which will display the list of surveys shared with them by different users:
