Survey Comparison

Survey Comparison acts as an analytical bridge across your historical timeline, enabling you to cross-examine and compare data across multiple employee lifecycle deployments side-by-side. Instead of assessing engagement data in isolated silos, this multi-study vector framework allows leadership teams to track critical metric shifts, isolate sentiment trajectories over consecutive fiscal cycles, and mathematically evaluate the concrete impacts of localized action-planning initiatives over time.

To evaluate structural data fluctuations and correlate metrics between separate survey waves, log in to QuestionPro Workforce and follow these steps:

• After logging into the EX Portal, navigate to the Survey Comparison option in the navigation sidebar.

• Once inside, click on New Comparison button situated on the top of the page. Set a comparison name, select the base survey as the data source, add label (optional) and set it global (optional). Setting a comparison as global means that anyone who has access to creating a dashboard can use this comparison.

• Once done, go into the comparison and start selecting your historical or complementary Comparison Survey models. You can compare a maximum of 4 surveys at once.

Important Matching Rule: While the titles and structural indices of variables may differ slightly across annual waves, mapping exact semantic matches manually ensures that your long-term trend calculations remain mathematically sound.
• Map the specific questions across your chosen studies by matching the corresponding data variables from the interactive list interfaces. Once the links are mapped securely, click on Generate Matrix.

• Analyze the newly rendered graphical interface matrix, which dynamically isolates standard favorability scores, index means, and positive vs. negative variance columns highlighting your overall sentiment deltas.

• To distribute these insights to external executive teams or presentation files, select the Export drop-down menu and extract the cross-referenced survey matrices into fully structured Excel files or presentation-ready PDF report slide summaries.
