Managing Dashboards empowers dashboard authors and administrators to seamlessly maintain data hygiene, safeguard data privacy, and streamline reporting workflows. By utilizing rapid duplication, fine-grained access parameters, and a secure operational recycling system, you can ensure that leadership teams and stakeholders interact with accurate, structured, and relevant employee experience data.

To modify settings, adjust privacy controls, or clean up obsolete visualizations, log in to your QuestionPro Employee Experience account and follow these steps:

• Navigate to Access Portal inside the employee list page. By clicking this, you will land on the Dashboards page in the Employee Experience portal which shows the list of all the created and shared dashboards.

• To update structural context, click on the Edit (pencil) icon adjacent to your target dashboard name. Type your updated, descriptive title to better align with current tracking goals, and then click Save.

• To scale reporting without rebuilding setups from scratch, click the Copy (duplicate) icon. This instantly generates an identical clone within your active list, allowing you to rapidly deploy template variations for separate divisions or testing sandboxes.

Important Note: Duplicating a dashboard transfers all underlying page structures, visualization properties, and custom tab layouts into the new sheet automatically, saving valuable implementation time.
• To govern data privacy and limit corporate visibility, locate the Access column dropdown field. Switch the status from Private (restricted entirely to the primary owner during setup) to Global (publishing the interface to authorized portal viewers as a unified system asset) or Custom (to share the dashboard with a few targeted users).

• To clear out legacy or duplicate sheets, use individual or bulk deletion tools:
  1. Single Deletion: Click the Delete (trash) icon on a specific dashboard row.
  2. Bulk Deletion: Check the selection boxes next to multiple dashboard items, then click the global Delete Selected button to move items to a secondary storage buffer.




• To permanently purge configurations or restore critical historical reporting, click on the Recycle Bin interface option. You can check individual items and click Restore to return them to the live dashboard panel immediately, or select Empty Recycle Bin to complete a compliant, permanent extraction.
