UC Berkeley is conducting a study on member use and opinions of the Zipcar service, as well as your general travel patterns. We appreciate your time and effort in taking this survey. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and you may discontinue taking the survey at any time without penalty. All of your responses will remain confidential.

The first 400 completed survey respondents will receive a $15.00 Amazon gift card, and respondents 401 and up will be entered to win one of 10, $50.00 Amazon gift cards. In order to receive the gift card, you must provide your email address when prompted at the end of the survey. In approximately one month, you will be invited to complete a second survey.
