This is a study of a student, conducted for learning purposes only. The study is implemented within the course of “Research Project”, Sociology major, Department of Sociology, College for Humanity and Social Science at the UAE University.
The project is dedicated to the work life balance of women employees in UAE. The purpose of the study is to identify the reason for compromise between work and family and to analyze the collected data on this issue in general. The results for the study will contribute to the development of the UAE that is why your participation is highly important. Your honest answers to the questions will be highly appreciated.
Please, be aware that your participation is totally voluntarily and you have all rights to withdraw from the study at any time of the interview.
The study guarantees your confidentiality and total anonymity will be maintained. All the results will be analyzed only in general form for all the participants without mentioning any names.
