Below you will find the annual Box Hill High School SEAL Program Parent Survey 2010.  Could you please complete and return this to me before 6th December 2010.  I will collate the results, and build a presentation based on the Likert Scale results. Please be frank, so we can keep improving our program.
There will also be consideration of the response from the students’ evaluation of the program.

Please give us genuine feedback about your experiences of our SEAL this year, so that we can keep improving what we do with our students. We are seeking both positive and negative experiences, and suggestions which you think will help us to provide for our gifted student.
