You are requested to take part in this survey based on the (TQM) Total quality management. You will be asked questions about the knowledge of the TQM methods and techniques.

All your views and comments will be gathered and kept confidential and only be used for academic purposes to fulfill the purpose of this study.

Enclosed with this letter is a set of questionnaires. It will take only 10 to 15 minutes of complete.

I am a student of the University of Canada west, I am doing my MBA (Master of business administration) to complete my degree. I have to complete this research study in the field of the Total quality management (TQM) in construction companies.

My research topic is the “Best approach to implement the TQM methods within the construction companies to achieve better customer relationships”.

The purpose of this survey is to gather information on customer satisfaction. We are exceeding our service area and clients value through better customer satisfaction. Customer feedback and comments are very important to achieve these results.

We have set a client satisfaction survey based on 10 simple questions.

The enclosed customer survey is based on our new clients and their needs. This survey will take 10 to 15 minutes of your time and I would appreciate if you could complete it.
