Shairil Izwan Taasim B.Resource (Econ)(UTg), M.Econ (UKMalaysia) Soal selidik ini adalah untuk menilai tahap penerimaan penduduk Malaysia dalam penggunaan kaedah pembayaran bil-bil utiliti yang mana terdiri daripada bil air, eletrik, telefon bimbit, indah water, Astro, dan pelbagai lagi melalui kaedah atas talian iaitu e-banking. Atas dasar membentuk sebuah negara maju menjelang tahun 2020, penginovasian yang telah di buat dalam sistem pembayaran ini harus di adaptasikan oleh penduduk Malaysia bagi menggantikan kaedah konvesional iaitu melalui kaunter bank, pejabat pos dan lain-lain yang melibatkan fizikal. This questionnaire is to assess the acceptance of Malaysian in the use of utility bill payment which consists of water bills, electricity, mobile phones, Indah water, Astro, and other through the e-banking. On the basis of forming a developed nation by 2020, innovation that has been made in the payment system should be readily adopted by the people of Malaysia to replace the conventional method through bank counters, post offices and others that involve the physical.
