You are invited to participate in our survey designed to evaluate employee satisfaction, company work culture and areas for improvement at Wirlu-murra Yindjibarndi Contracting Services Pty Ltd ( WMYAC ). We are a young and growing entity with a bright future, your opinions and ideas are valued to assist in shaping the business structure going forward,
In this survey, all employees will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their work experience and ideas. It will take approximately 5 - 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

How was your welcome into the company, including inductions, site arrival and your first few weeks?
Fantastic - I felt informed and safe in my new work environment and role.
Good - I had some questions, but overall no problems.
Ok - Stock standard, room for improvement.
Not Very Good - Short and sweet, there was an expectation to hit the ground running.

Very well - I have been provided with a clear position description or set of work procedures and understand what is expected from me
Somewhat - I have had my role requirements explained to me and have gained an on the job understanding.
Not very well - I feel there are inconstancies in what is expected from me within my role.

Yes- I have been trained and I feel confidant and safe to perform my duties.
Somewhat - I have received some training, however would like follow-up training or refreshers.

Do you receive regular constructive feedback on your performance ?
Yes - I am included in a structured performance review system and receive constructive feedback from my Supervisor on a regular basis.
Sometimes - My Supervisor does provide me with feedback regarding my performance, however not through formal performance review system.
Occasionally - I receive feedback only when I ask for feedback or only on rare occasions.
Never - I am unsure on how I am tracking with my performance and have not been invited to participate in a performance review.
Only negative - I only receive feedback when it is of a negative nature or when there is an issue.
