5. Exterior window color has changed from Dove White to Desert Sand. The change was made because:

o Enerlux eliminated the upcharge for Desert Sand;
o One owner changed is preference to Desert Sand;
o Desert Sand windows may make the building look more modern create a good contrast against the white stucco siding.
