Consider investing in 1 of our current websites and sell it once traffic picks up (Example, with the right focus we could sell a site that we currently own like familyinsurance.net) We could also make money by having advertisers on the site if we spent time to figure out the best way to do all of this. Its actually a pretty premium domain if done correctly I wouldn't be surprised if we couldn't make tons of money on it. Just a matter of how we focus our efforts and resources.
