Visibility of Foreign Banks in Sri Lanka

I, Hasitha Premathilake, a student of the Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, intend to carry out a study to identify the critical factors affecting the visibility of foreign banks in Sri Lanka.

I will be using this questionnaire to acquire the knowledge and the understanding of customer behavior necessary to identify the critical factors that influence the visibility of foreign banks in the Sri Lankan banking industry.
