USB Member Cap

Hello USB!

This survey will be completely anonymous. No one will know what you say, not even me. No IP addresses will be recorded.

This is to allow for you to feel safe enough to be 100% honest.
On certain questions, as you'll see when you get started, I didn't allow for any "unsure" opinions.

If you have a problem with one of the questions, or there is a point you would like to bring up anonymously that isn't addressed in the survey, the last question will ask for any additional comments or concerns.

How anonymous will your answers be? I guess it all depends. I will be reporting the stats to USB, and kinda sorting and categorizing reasons why. If you give a nice and eloquent answer that sums things up well, I may quote it. No one except you and whoever you may tell will know it's what you said.

Do you think we should raise the member cap, which is currently at 30, to allow for new members of USB?

Do you think we should be more secretive about who USB members are? (Example: Not including USB in our fonts)

Where would you place yourself on a scale from 0-10, where 0 means "Leave the cap where it is! We should not bring in any new members this year." and 10 means "Forget about the cap for now! We should let in any active and KD loyal members who are a good fit."?

How many consecutive cups should a person miss and be without contact to USB before they are removed from the group?
