Hello Pilot Student-Athlete:
Please complete the following to help us schedule your participation in the focus group discussions on Sunday, January 22, 2012, which will last one hour and be held in the Hall of Fame room. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time.
The information below is important to help us effectively schedule our groups, and to learn a little bit more about you before the sessions. Please respond no later than Tuesday, December 13, 2011 with your registration. By December 15, 2011 you will receive an email notification with your scheduled session time.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. Your feedback during focus group discussions will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
We look forward to your participation in this important effort to more fully understand the student-athlete experience at University of Portland.
