Our safety training program follows the requirements set by MSHA/OSHA.

In addition to meeting the MSHA/OSHA requirements, our safety training focuses on a specific area of interest to the company that are not addressed by regulation.

Our training program not only fulfills all MSHA/OSHA requirements, but also includes multiple areas we have identified that need additional training. We are reviewing our training process and finding ways to improve it.

Our training program meets all MSHA/OSHA requirements and focuses on how well employees are able to apply their new knowledge and skill, i.e., competency. The training program is reviewed through a continuous improvement process. We verify that employees can complete the required work through demonstrations. The frequency of training to ensure competency has been determined through an assessment of the required level of knowledge and skill.
