This survey is part of a dissertation project at Kingston University, which is focused on designing an interactive service to help make the London transport system more accessible for visitors. I invite anyone who has visited London before OR have arrived in the city less than 3 months ago to take part in this short 5 minute study.
All your responses will be treated with confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of research. You will not receive any sales or marketing follow-up as a result of your participation.
As I am student and this project is not currently funded, I am unable to offer any incentive for your participation. It would however, help my project and your involvement will be very much appreciated.
