Hello:
You are invited to participate in a survey of BioPlex 2200 Training Effectiveness, being conducted by BPD Product Support. In this survey, approximately 100 people worldwide will be asked to answer 9 questions about BioPlex training. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Responses will need to be received by 11 Aug 2011 if they are to be counted.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions, so I hope you will choose to participate.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Steve Burns at 510-741-4676 or by email.

Thank you very much for your time and support,
