Lighthouse Financial Group is the retirement plan advisers for TORCH. We are gathering information to present to TORCH regarding your interest in a voluntary retirement plan that will supplement any retirement plan that you may have now. Collectively as members of TORCH, we have the ability to negotiate fees and services of retirement plan vendors. Your response should take less than 3 minutes, and the information gathered will help us to determine, if a retirement plan offered by TORCH would be a benefit to its members.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. However, participation as a TORCH member in this survey is extremely important.
