You are invited to participate in our survey "Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities". In this survey, approximately 15 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about your role as a coordinator. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

CURRICULUM AND SYLLABUS

How satisfied are you with your role as coordinator in assisting teachers in the following areas:
* Has provided teachers with all internal and external curriculum documents
* Has listed Student Learning Outcomes on syllabi.
* Has reviewed with teacher the specific course objectives.
* Has reviewed with teacher any discipline-specific philosophies and/or pedagogy for the course.
* Has provided teacher with the syllabus template and expectations for the syllabus.
* Has explained to the teacher the textbook considerations/requirements.
* Has reviewed and approved teacher’s course learning engagements, assignments, quizzes, tests and final exams to ensure standards are meeting CIE requirements
* Has reviewed and approved teacher’s methods of assessment and weight distribution of assessment categories.
* Has arranged an informal and formal observation with teacher using evaluation criteria as set by the VP of Sr. School.
* Has provided semester subject-specific Professional Development report and submitted these activities via Quickschools® to Leadership team

* Has reviewed the previous units of study with subject teacher for each course to discuss strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and successes.

* Has reviewed and approved number of periods allocated for unit of study.
* Has reviewed summative assessment for unit of study for content and formating alignment (Quiz, Test)
