Greetings TLI management team.
One of our evaluation measures is collaboration on the leadership team. We have designed this instrument to assist us. It has been shown to provide a measure of strengths and challenges to group members.
The R5 eval team
Each of the following factors influences the collaborative process. After reading a brief description for each of the areas choose a response that best reflects your opinion of how the TLI leadership collaboration functioned in each of the areas using the following scale:
