The Hambidge Center Board Retreat Planning Questionnaire

Dear Board Members:

The purpose of the upcoming Board retreat is to engage our Board members and staff in creative, visionary planning that will result in clearly defined goals for 2014-2016, and the development of strategies that will guide our efforts to foster organizational growth, increased fundraising results and future success. Our efforts will be concentrated in four specific but interrelated strategic areas: Programs, Marketing, Fundraising/Development and Operations.

In order to prepare the most effective agenda and to ensure productive retreat dialogue and discussion, we are asking you to share your ideas, viewpoints and perspectives prior to the retreat. Please help us prepare by completing this pre-retreat questionnaire no later than Friday, April 11. We would like all Board members to respond to the questionnaire even if you are unable to join us at the retreat.

The retreat agenda and logistical information will be distributed via email no later than Monday, April 21. In the meantime, please make sure you arrive no later than 9:30 am on Saturday, April 26. We will have a productive day and close out with a dinner prepared at the Center (partners and spouses will be invited to join for dinner).

Please begin the pre-retreat questionnaire by clicking on the Continue button below.
