You are invited to participate in a research study entitled, "The Effectiveness of the Asset Management System at eThekwini Electricity".

The aim of this study is to establish the benefits and shortcomings of the implementation of eThekwini Electricity’s asset management system within the High Voltage Operations department at eThekwini electricity.

You have been selected to participate in this study because of your specific skill set and experience within your department. Your participation in this study is voluntary. You may refuse to participate or withdraw from the survey at any time with no consequence. It should take between five and ten minutes to complete the survey depending on your answers. Confidentiality and anonymity of records identifying you as a participant will be maintained by the Graduate School of Business and Leadership, UKZN.
