This survey will take approximately 8 minutes.

The de-stress lounge proposal is a tentative idea within the St. Paul's community. It remains tentative because it relies on responses from students like you! This survey is open to students from all grade levels at St. Paul's. If you are a grade 12 student please DO NOT close this page! You matter because as a man for and with others you are shaping the time that younger and future students spend at St. Paul's by answering this survey!

The de-stress lounge's platform entails devoting a room in the school where students can use adult colouring books, play with Play-doh, draw, play musical instruments, and listen to music. The intent is to allow students to explore different forms of therapy that some psychologists use on their clients such as art and music therapy so that each student can improve their own mental health and promote the importance of mental health to others.

Your responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.

Once the survey is closed, a report will be compiled. The report will be shown to administration and to any student who requests to see it.

If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Spencer Katerynuk '16 by email at [email protected] or Joe Riedle '16 by email at [email protected].

Thank you very much for your time and support.
