LWV-Lake County is again asking the candidates who are running for local office to provide basic biographical information and to address some of the most pressing issues facing our community. You have been directed to this questionnaire through a letter sent to your candidate - you will need the "code" at the top of your letter to validate your identity. Responses to this questionnaire that do not provide the appropriate code assigned to your candidate cannot be published or used on our website. You must complete the entire questionnaire at one time. There is no ability to save your answers and return later.

By submitting your candidate questionnaire, you and your campaign organization agree not to imply, at any time, either verbally or in writing, the League's endorsement of your candidacy.

While participation in this survey is completely voluntary, we do encourage all candidates to take advantage of this opportunity to share their information with the voting public. The League of Women Voters of Lake County will use this information as it is written in any printed Voter Guide materials and/or on their website (www.lwvlakecountyoh.org). Answers that exceed the requested number of words for a response will be truncated and additional words beyond the requested word limit will not be published. No editing of your response is done. Spelling and grammar errors will be published as submitted. If a candidate has not responded by DATE, "Candidate has not responded" is printed.
