You are invited to participate in a survey regarding Teacher Retention. In this survey, approximately 50 teachers will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about Forest Brook High School. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.


Your participation in this study is completely voluntary.


The purpose of this questionnaire is to assist me (Booker Manuel) in completing my research to fulfill the requirement to receive a Masters in Counseling.
