Technology Uses and Attitudes

Hello:
You are invited to participate in our survey that will take an inventory of teacher attitudes towards technology. In this survey, approximately 100 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about confidence and comfort in using technology, attitudes towards computer use and integration of technology into the curriculum.

The survey will be available beginning October 15, 2011. Teachers will have 2 weeks to complete a short survey regarding their use of and attitudes toward technology. Each teacher may access the survey at any time during the 2 week window. There will be a link at the conclusion of the survey along with directions to complete an additional questionnaire using a Web 2.0 tool to record your responses. It will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
