Hello and welcome back Young staff:

Thank you in advance for completing this technology survey.

This survey will address three areas: (1) personal technology skills, (2) technology usage, and (3) technology integration.

I hope that I can share and use the results in our building. My goal is to discover areas in which our staff desires technology training or professional development, identify issues inhibiting technology integration, and generate ideas for how the technology committee can provide technology assistance to staff.

The survey is anonymous - answer freely and honestly. Again, thank you! I am very lucky to work with such an awesome group of people!

Ms.Holman

The survey is 12 questions (the first 3 have multiple parts). I am roughly estimating about 10 minutes or so to take it. Thanks again!
