The main objective of this questionnaire is to find out the attitudes of the English teachers at Sattam University, KSA towards blended learning (BL) and its effect on improving the English language accuracy and fluency of the students of the English Department. According to Hartman et al (2007) blended learning means “courses that combine face-to-face classroom instruction with online learning and reduces classroom contact hours”. Mohammed Ja’ashan (2015) defines blended learning “courses have face-to-face class meeting, but also have some sessions that are replaced with online instruction”.
