2) In your opinion, what does a Service Unit Manager do?

3) How often, and in what capacity do you interact with your SUM?

4) What does your SUM do regularly to assist you in your GSRI duties?

5) Have you had any problems with your SUM? If so, what were they?

6) How could the problem have been avoided?

7) How can GSRI help give SUMs the right resources to best benefit you in your position?

9) What sort of conflict management methods are used concerning SUM and Volunteer conflict situations?
