Dear Participant:

I am a Master of Science in Information Technology student at Middle East College. For my final Dissertation; I am currently conducting research in the area of propose framework solution in Higher Education admission center (HEAC) statistical reports .The aim of this questionnaire is to study the current situation that end-users faces to build and design the statistical reports in order to improve the work performance.

You are invited to participate in this research study, through your participation you will be asked to complete an electronic questionnaire which asks you to respond a series of statements and questions. The items in the questionnaire focus on your background experience through the ways that you build and design the statically reports.

The questionnaire is designed to take approximately 10- 15 minutes of your valuable time to complete. Please read them carefully and answer as accurately as possible.
