ICT LANDSCAPE AND NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY

As announced in this year’s NCSS annual general meeting, NCSS is embarking on providing shared services to the VWO members and the first phase will focus on Information & Communication Technology (ICT). This survey is part of our ongoing effort to understand the reality among our VWO members. Your participation will assist us to identify, and, put forth initiatives that would meet your current and future needs and priorities.

The survey comprises of 12 questions and it would take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete the survey. The questions are largely in multiple choice format with several open-ended ones. This survey is intended to be completed by one of the following personnel:

•   Executive Director
•   ICT Director / Manager
•   Board Member overseeing ICT matters
•   Any other individual who is responsible for overseeing ICT matters

This survey will close at 2359hrs on 4 November 2016. Your individual response will be kept confidential and only aggregated data will be presented (if necessary).
