Purpose of this study

As part of my MBA program at Henley Business School, I am conducting a study to examine the relationship between the Emotional Intelligence of leaders and the Organisational Commitment of their followers. I believe that the results of this study, providing business leaders with useful information about the impact of Emotional Intelligence of leaders on the Organisational Commitment of their followers, will be beneficial for leadership in today's complex business environment.


Content of this study

You are invited to participate in this research study to complete 45 survey questions comprising of 18 questions regarding organisational commitment and 27 questions concerning emotional intelligence. Additionally 5 demographic questions are included that will be used to help categorise the results. In total, you should be able to complete all the questions in 10-15 minutes.

• Your participation in this survey is voluntary
• This is an academic survey and not an official company survey. Your responses are completely confidential and no personal identifying information will be collected and reported as part of this study.
