We live in a stressful era. We have high ambitions, we try to be present everywhere all the time, and we try to take up things which we cannot finish in a natural time frame of 24 hours a day.

Stress is the state of mind and body when the person is not able to cope with the pressure. Work place stress is the most common phenomenon seen in the professionals in today’s changing and unstable environment. It is the issue that costs companies and our economies billions, through high levels of absenteeism, long term absence and a lack in productivity amongst staff.

To be able to lead a stress free and balanced work life, it is important to understand the following:
