Staff Survey April 2012

1. NPL Staff:
You are asked to participate in our survey: Nampa Public Library STAFF Survey. In this survey, approximately 30 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks random questions. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Participation in this survey is required. It is very important for you to answer these questions, as we are evaluating different survey tools, to eventually use with the public.
