You are invited to participate in our Skills Inventory survey; in this survey, approximately 11 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about our Water Resources Department skills and interests. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is required to ensure that we can realize efficiencies to tackle our challenging Proejct Schedule, AND ensure that everyone is positioned to progress in areas that they are both confident and challenged in. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this survey, and all "ratings" are qualitative, not quantitative.
