Bullying

Bullying is considered to be acts or verbal comments that could mentally hurt or isolate a person in the workplace and would be considered by most people as unacceptable behavior. It is defined as assertion of power through aggression. Examples include but are not limited to:
• intimidation
• yelling or using profanity
• isolating someone
• withholding information or purposely giving the wrong information
