It would be very helpful if you could do this short survey for me. It's about staff retention. The results will aid a series of discussion groups that Julian is holding with Senior Managers. Your responses to the survey are anonymous. I will have no idea who said what (unless you give yourself away in the comments fields) and will be reported in a very general way.
