CYC Staff Questionnaire - Staff Events
We welcome your views and suggestions on staff events...
In order to improve/change the format of future staff events, it would be useful to get your views and suggestions.

How often would you like them to be held? (e.g 6 months/Yearly/Other)
When would you like them to be held? (Lunchtime/Afterwork/Weekend?)
Would you like the staff event to be outside of West Offices, perhaps another venue or outdoor space in York? (e.g CYC owned venue or other venue), If so:-Would you be willing to pay a set amount towards drinks/food at an external staff event? (Part funded by lottery, part by staff member to give wider choice of venue)?
How long do you think an event should run for? (Currently 2 hours)
How would you rate the staff events you have attended? - Christmas event/Summer event - /10
Do you currently get enough notice that an event is taking place/Buzz/Intranet/Noticeboards/Information screens/All user email? Which method works best for you?
What type of entertainment would you like to see? (e.g.Live music/lottery draw/crazy golf/other)
Are you happy with the catering/drinks offered currently? If not, what type of catering would you prefer ? (e.g drinks/nibbles or hold/cold buffet)
What factor would make you want to come to a staff event, if you have not attended one before? (e.g Different venue/live entertainment/fun event held at the party)..
