Programming (Develop dynamic and engaging concert programs for tours and other performances; work on programs for an August 2014 concert at the Harvard Summer Institute and for a US tour in Feb/Mar 2015)

Commissioning (Examine touring needs, propose composers for new works that will fill those needs; monitor entire process with composer; help plan commissioning workshops; develop a system to evaluate completed works)

Recording (Research, develop and guide a plan for recordings over the next 4-5 years; immediate work on an album of Roma music)

Residencies/Education (Help to shape all aspects of the SRP 'education constellation': partnerships with universities, schools and other cultural orgs; tour workshops; SRP's Cultural Entrepreneurship initiative and Silk Road Fellows; April 2014 Harvard residency planning; possibilities with Smithsonian and College of the Holy Cross)
