2. Any individual arrangements with professors not acknowledged on the form will not be considered by the Office of the Associate Dean for Graduate Studies.

3. You are committed to be available whenever requested by the professor within the work schedule you specified above (whether on-campus or off-campus).

4. Failure to contact your assigned professor within a week of receiving your assignment email, or failure to commit to your work assignments as seen satisfactory by the professor, will be considered during the renewal of your fellowship, and will be recorded by your relevant graduate program for future reference after your graduation.
