1. Register for the SNUG website
Join the online SNUG community at www.nobleusersgroup.com -- “Where our Clients Connect”.

The site offers you the inside track to system information and to other Noble users. You will have access to interactive peer-to-peer discussion groups, product updates, training class schedules, event information, and more.
 
 
 
* 2. Attend the SNUG Conference
Noble Systems hosts the annual SNUG Conference. The conference includes 2 days of sessions addressing current issues influencing the contact center industry as a whole, as well as focusing on specific issues that affect vertical markets. The 2010 Conference is scheduled for April in Atlanta.
