The City of Miramar appreciates having your business here and we want to help in your success. We need your feedback to help you grow. Please take a few minutes to tell us about your experience by completing the short survey below. This will help us learn how to best serve you.

Your responses will be strictly confidential and the data from the survey will be reported only in the aggregate. It will be used to help the Economic Development and Revitalization Department: provide assistance to your business and to develop programs and services for the small businesses in the City of Miramar.

We kindly request you submit your responses by Friday, July 25th. Completed surveys will be entered into a random drawing; the winner will receive a certificate good for 4 tickets to an event of their choosing at the Miramar Cultural Arts Center.
