Dear Members:

Your negotiating team will soon be meeting with the City for a new contract to replace the one that expires on June 30, 2014. We need to hear what you want in the new agreement.

It is imperative the committee knows what you think are the most important issues for you. We have attempted to capture what we think are the more important items, however, your input and suggestions are needed. Please take the time to complete this survey and return to us. We are focusing on several key issues, which many of us agree are the critical ones facing us. Your careful judgment on choosing preferences among the critical issues, as tough as it may be, will be a guide when negotiating the new contract.
