Dear SCUSD Staff Member:
You are invited to participate in a study of the SCUSD Site Instructional Coordinator (SIC) Program. SCUSD is seeking feedback from approximately 500 staff members in order to better understand how the Site Instructional Coordinator Program (A) supports teachers and sites in their important instructional goals and (B) impacts student achievement.
A component of this study is a survey. This survey asks questions about experiences with SCUSD Site Instructional Coordinators. Please note, for the purposes of this study, we are seeking information only on the SCUSD Site Instructional Coordinator Program. This survey is separate from the District Training Specialist Program survey sent in January. This does not include information about your experiences with District Training Specialists.
As a participant in this survey, you will be asked to: (A) think about your experiences working with the Site Instructional Coordinators and (B) share your feedback about the program. It will take approximately ten minutes to complete this survey. Your participation and feedback is extremely valuable.
As always, your participation in this study is completely voluntary. And, there are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and the data from this evaluation study will be reported only in the aggregate. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures in this evaluation study, you may contact Assessment, Research and Evaluation (ARE) at 916-643-9420.
