Is the site connect process beneficial to your site?Please provide positive and /or negative examples.
 
 
 
Do you get the opportunity to provide VSL's /Product Mgt your input on your site goals and objectives, major site initiatives, significant site projects?
 
 
 
Do VSL's understand your priorities and incorporate them into product strategies?
 
 
 
Do you invite middle mgt/Quality owners/Technical owners to site connect meetings? Do you see a site benefit from site connect meetings for personnel development?
 
 
 
There are currently two processes, one is dedicated site connect meetings with the extended leadership team, the second is a slot at SLT meetings for a VSL to provide an update on the products that are manufactured on the site. Keeping in mind the goal of site connect and looking to the future which process will work best for your site?
 
 
 
What would you change for site connect meetings to make them more beneficial for your site? What improvements can be made?
