Planning for our retreat -

Please take a few minutes to tell us what you think is important as we plan for the future of the Mighty Siesta key Kiwanis Club. All responses are anonymous. Responses will be aggregated and used to foster discussion at our planning retreats in September. There are only six questions. It will take approximately 5 minutes to answer them.

2. Who do we serve? We serve several constituencies and communities. Please rank the communities or constituencies you think we should serve by assigning a score from 1-5 to each. 1 is low, of very little importance to the club. 5 is high, and should be a major focus to the club. 3. How we serve our target groups matters. There are many ways to do it, and it affects the kind of activities we engage in. While there will always be a little of each kind of service, please indicate the percentage of each kind our club should have out of a total of 100.

Direct Service. Design, develop, and run our own programs. (e.g., Gleaning, Condo Food Drive)
Support. Assist or participate with other organizations in programs they own. (e.g., Meals on Wheels, SA Bell ringing)
Donate. Provide financial support for programs run by others, (e.g., Jr. Lifeguards, Cancer Wellness Center)
Collaborate. Work jointly with other groups on programs in which both have some part in design, development or delivery. (e.g., co-designing a project with another Kiwanis or another local organization)
